Where experience gets results.
Two models. One standard of excellence.
Full Service Grant Management
"We handle everything."
Blended Grant Management
"We handle what you need."
Both models apply the same compliance standards, documentation rigor, and senior-level oversight. What changes is the scope of our role, not the quality of our work.
Real funding. Real impact.
Every dollar we secure represents real infrastructure, real services, and real improvements for the communities our clients serve.
Securing $5,066,500 for Active Transportation
B&A secured a highly competitive federal RAISE grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation for the City of Anaheim, unlocking funding for five transformative infrastructure connections in Anaheim, California.
Securing $5,066,500 for Active Transportation
Anaheim’s major job centers and entertainment destinations lacked safe, connected active transportation routes to the regional rail and bus transit center, creating a critical gap in multimodal mobility that left residents and commuters without viable car-free options.
B&A authored and submitted a turnkey Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability & Equity (RAISE) Planning Grant application, securing over $5M to develop shovel-ready construction documents for five high-impact active transportation connections across Anaheim, California.

Two Grants. One Vision. A Park Built for Everyone.
The City of Celina had a clear goal: transform Old Celina Park with the City's first truly inclusive playground and a suite of new recreation amenities. B&A secured two separate TPWD awards totaling $900,000, and managed the grants to closeout, turning a phased funding strategy into a fully realized community destination.
Two Grants. One Vision. A Park Built for Everyone.
The City of Celina (population 18,000) had several existing playgrounds, all designed for children ages one to seven, all ADA-accessible, but none classified as inclusive by local or federal standards. Children of all abilities had nowhere to play together. The full project vision exceeded what a single grant cycle could fund, and the City needed a strategy that matched its ambitions to its capacity to deliver.
B&A developed a two-phase grant strategy, writing and managing sequential TPWD Local Parks Grant applications timed to maximize available funding and align with Celina's implementation capacity. Phase one established the inclusive playground. Phase two expanded it and added major new recreation infrastructure. B&A managed both awards from funding award to full closeout.

Funding intelligence for
municipal leaders.
Grant alerts, client wins, and strategic guidance to help your municipality stay ahead of funding opportunities.
We’re excited to share that one of our municipal clients has been placed on the fundable list for a major infrastructure grant through the California State Water Resources Control Board—clearing the way for $50 million in construction funding to support advanced wastewater treatment upgrades.
Federal and state grant compliance isn’t just about securing funding—it’s about keeping it. Under 2 CFR 200.334–200.338, federal grant recipients must retain records for at least 3 years after the final expenditure report. But that’s just the baseline.
When municipalities hear about a new grant opportunity, the focus is often on the potential award amount. But too often, the hidden costs of managing a grant are overlooked, and that can stretch staff, budgets, and resources thin.
We are pleased to congratulate one of our California municipal clients on securing $30 million in grant funding from the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) through the Sustainable Transportation Block Grant (STBG) / Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Program.
We’re proud to congratulate our California client on being awarded $500,000 through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, administered by the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
