$500,000 Awarded to Support Critical Housing Rehabilitation in California

We’re proud to congratulate our California client on being awarded $500,000 through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, administered by the California Department of Housing and Community Development.

This funding will support a housing rehabilitation project focused on assisting low-income homeowners with critical health and safety needs. The program will rehabilitate 10 residential units, addressing substandard conditions, correcting safety deficiencies, and ensuring compliance with locally adopted housing rehabilitation standards.

Projects like this strengthen communities at the most fundamental level by preserving safe, stable housing for residents who need it most. We’re honored to support our municipal partners in securing resources that deliver measurable, on-the-ground impact.

Congratulations to the project team on this important award and continued commitment to housing stability and community well-being.
