The Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation is now accepting applications to support first responders and public safety organizations with lifesaving equipment.

Key Details:

  • Quarter 2 Portal Opens: January 8, 2026, 10AM ET
  • Quarter 3 Portal Opens: April 2, 2026, 10AM ET
  • Quarter 4 Portal Opens: July 9, 2026, 10AM ET
  • Application Cap: 600 per quarter (portal closes once limit is reached)
  • Eligible Applicants: Fire Departments, EMS, law enforcement, municipal/state organizations, nonprofits, and schools
  • Funding Range: $15,000–$25,000 (up to $40,000 maximum request)
  • Match/Resolution: Not required
  • Requirements: Official vendor quote must be included

Note: Certain items are ineligible (e.g., body cameras, drones, firearms, promotional items). Full list available on the Foundation’s site.

Award Notifications: Sent to all applicants before the next quarter’s portal opening.
