California Client Secures $695K in FTA Section 5310 Funding for Accessible Mobility Initiatives

Our California client has been awarded a combined $694,769 through the FTA Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program, administered by Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

The funding includes $120,000 to implement a Mystery Rider Program, designed to evaluate and improve customer service for older adults and individuals with disabilities using the agency’s transportation system. An additional $574,769 was awarded to support a mobility management and coordination project that will enhance access, navigation, and service integration for vulnerable populations.
